dribbling, dribbling w/ flick pass, dribbling w/ shooting position
partner passing while treading

Polo pool (1hr)
partner passing, triangle passing, triangle high tips, 5 person triangle w/defenders
Shooting
rearbacks
post line shooting/pass and swim
one possession drill (doubles)
scrimmage
sprints
